Pick-ups and delivery:
- We welcome pick-up or drop-off of rented items from our French Concession Location.
- Deliveries are available for a small fee that is calculated according to your location.
Payment:
- Payment is in cash at the time of pick-up or delivery.
TO RENT WITH US
Shanghai Toy Club stocks a range of equipment and toys for rental /that are suitable for children aged 5 years and under.
To rent our products:
- Rental bookings can be made directly on our website (www.shanghaitoyclub.net) or via the phone (+86 135 6433 5442).
- Our website includes all our available rental products.
- Toys and equipment can be pre-booked for rental.
Fees and charges:
- Rental options include both short term (weekly) and long term (monthly).
- The weekly rate is reduced if an item is rented for two or more weeks.
- The website will provide the client with a quote of the weekly rate according to the total number of weeks an item is hired and will calculate the total charge.
- Late fees will be charged for over-due items and are calculated on a weekly - not daily - rate.

- Deliveries are available for a small fee that is calculated according to your location. For rental items please note that we charge for drop-offs and pick-ups (so double what is charged for sale items).

- All rental charges are to be paid for in cash at the time of pick-up or delivery.
Hygiene & Safety:
- Toys and equipment are checked and thoroughly cleaned between rentals.

- Although all care is taken to ensure the best quality of products are provided to you, Shanghai Toy Club and its staff cannot accept responsibility or liability for accidents or injuries that may occur when using our products.
