To buy any of our products:

• Place your orders online
• Attend any of our events where we are showcasing our products

Pick-ups & delivery:

• Deliveries are available for a small fee that is calculated according to your location.
• We welcome pick-ups at French Concession location
• You can also pick-up at the Party Box store (address above)

Payment:

• Payment is in cash at the time of pick-up or delivery.

TO RENT WITH US

To rent our products:

• Rental bookings can be made directly on our website (www.shanghaitoyclub.net).
• Our website includes all our available rental products.

Fees & charges:

• Rental options include both short term (weekly) and long term (monthly).
• The weekly rate is reduced if an item is rented for two or more weeks.
• The website will provide the client with a quote of the weekly rate according to the total number of weeks an item is hired and will calculate the total charge.
• Late fees will be charged for over-due items and are calculated on a weekly - not daily - rate.

Conditions of rental:

• Our Conditions of Rental document needs to be agreed to before items are released.

No delivery available:

• We are sorry but we don't offer pick-up or delivery for rental items.

Payment:

• All rental charges are to be paid for in cash at the time of pick-up or delivery.

Hygiene & safety:

• Toys and equipment are checked and thoroughly cleaned between rentals.

Liability:

• Although all care is taken to ensure the best quality of products are provided to you, Shanghai Toy Club and its staff cannot accept responsibility or liability for accidents or injuries that may occur when using our products.
